How do I find the right product quickly and easily?
There are a number of methods for the product you are looking for on our website.
At the top is a search bar where you can fill in product name.
Then press the icon in the search bar and all results are displayed. If you are not looking for a specific product but a whole productgroup, please use the category selection, these are among the top search bar: Energy - Joints - Weight loss - Skin - Concentration - Rest - Man - Woman - Eyes.
Click on a category of your choice, then appear the products in this category are applicable. There are also over 3 new search bars in sight.
You can search by: name (left), category (middle) and / or alphabetically (right).
Can I ask a supplementary question about a specific product?
With all our products is the most important information given.

What are the shipping costs? Only for The Netherlands
Shipment of your order is free if order is above € 150,-.
The shipping of your order below € 150, cost- € 15,-.

How can I pay?
You can pay your order via I-Deal, Giropay, Bancontact / Mister Cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal. For more info see: Payment
At what time will my order be delivered?
Only for The Netherlands: the orders placed on working days will normally be delivered within 48 hours.
The orders Friday after 12 hours or on weekends will be sent the following Monday.

Can I follow my order online?
Yes, after we have sent your product, we will send a Track and Trace link to your email address. By clicking you will automatically go to the page of DHL, where you can track progress of your order.
So you know exactly where your package is and when you can expect it approximately.
What do I do if I have not received the parcel or if the product is damaged?
